Holy Thursday known also as Maundy Thursday is the first day of the Holy Triduum of Easter.  It was on this night that the Lord Jesus Christ presided over the Last Supper which is considered as the First Mass.

On that night before he gave his life for the salvation of mankind, the Son of God instituted the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist by giving his body and blood.  It was also at this moment that He instituted the sacrament of Holy Orders as he washed the feet of the apostles who were to be the first bishops of the Church.

Schola Cantorum Jubilate was responsabile for the sacred music at the National Shrine of Ta' Pinu during the Paschal Triduum
