le="text-align: justify;">Schola Cantorum Jubilate animated the Wedding Mass of Andrea Cilia and Mario Gauci at the Basilica of St. George in Victoria Gozo. Mass started at 5pm and the bride was welcomed in church by Schubert’s ‘Ave Maria’, interpreted by Soprano and choir Director Marouska Attard. The other pieces which the choir performed were: ‘Allelulia’ (Taizè), ‘Ave Verum’ (Mozart), ‘Sanctus’ (Oltrasi), ‘Il-Mulej qam mill-imwiet’ (Portelli), ‘Agnus Dei’ (Oltrasi), ‘Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring’ (Bach) and ‘Jubilate Deo’ (Mozart). The choir was accompanied by members of the Jubilate Chamber Orchestra (Joseph Camilleri, organ, Charleen Caurana, violin and Naomi Attard, flute) who interpreted also Mendelssohn’s ‘Wedding March’.
