The some much expected trip to Rome arrived. The choristers and their accompanying friends met at Mgarr Harbour, Gozo to catch the 1.30pm ferry boat which took them to Malta. After reaching Luqa Airport and doing the check-in, the members left Malta at 16.40 on board of the Air Malta plane Flight No. KM614. During this trip, the choir was accompanied by Alvin Scicluna and Christopher Pisani of the CVC Communications. At around eight o'clock, all travellers were in their rooms at Santa Prassede Hotel, situated just in front of the impressive Basilica of Santa Prassede and just a throw-away from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. That evening, after having a shower, they went out for dinner… precisely for the first pasta night! After dinner, they went near the impressive Fontana di Trevi.
