le="text-align: justify;">Schola Cantorum Jubilate animated the Wedding Mass of Rodianne Mercieca and George Camilleri. Mass started at 5pm at the Basilica of Marija Bambina and was officiated by Rev. Portelli. The bride was welcomed in church by Marouska Attard who interpreted Gounod's ‘Ave Maria'. The other pieces performed were: ‘Allelulia' (Taize'), ‘Ave Verum' (Mozart), ‘Sanctus' (Oltrasi), ‘Il-Mulej qam mill-imwiet' (Portelli), ‘Agnus Dei' (Oltrasi), ‘Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring' (Bach) and ‘Jubilate Deo' (Portelli). The choir was accompanied by members of the Jubilate Chamber Orchestra who performed also ‘Eat this bread' (Taize' with an instrumental arrangement by Portelli) and Mendelssohn's' ‘Wedding March'.
