The Xaghra Branch of the Society of Christian Doctrine (Museum) invited Schola Cantorum Jubilate to animate a thanksgiving mass in occasion of the 50th anniversary since its foundation. The High Mass held in front of the building was officiated by Mgr. Carmel Refalo, Xaghra Archpriest and started at 7.30pm. The choir performed the 'Missa Cantate Domino' by Giuseppe Oltrasi and the hymns: 'Migbura lkoll', the Paschal Alleluia, 'L-ikel tal-Hajja' (Holst), ''Tina l-Hlewwa' (Caruana). At the end of the mass, the congregation assisted to the opening of a new prayer room within the premises and then the choir performed the Museum hymns - 'Bil-kelma ta' Kristu' (A. Borg), 'Salve Filia Patris' and 'Salve Sancte Giorgi'.
