le="text-align: justify;">Schola Cantorum Jubilate animated the Wedding Mass of Charmaine Refalo and Vincenso Azzopardi at the Basilica of Maria Bambina in Xaghra, Gozo. The Bride was welcomed in church at 12.00 with Soprano Georgina Gauci interpreting Schubert's 'Ave Maria'. The choir under the direction of Marouska Attard interpreted: 'Allelulia' (Taize'), 'Ave Verum Corpus' (Mozart), 'Sanctus' (Oltrasi), 'Il-Mulej qam mill-imwiet' (Portelli), 'Agnus Dei' (Oltrasi), 'Make me a Channel of your Peace' (Temple), 'Bless the Lord' (Taize') and 'Jubilate Deo' (Portelli). Jean Noel Attard, who accompanied the Choir on the organ, played Mendelssohn's 'Wedding March' as recessional. Mass was officiated by Rev. Fr. Alex Refalo, uncle of the bride.
