The Rector of St. Anthony's Chapel in Xagħra , Can. John Sultana, invited Schola Cantorum Jubilate to animate the liturgy in occasion of the patron saint feast. The High Mass started at 6pm and was officiated by Mgr. Carmel Refalo. The Choir performed the ‘Missa Cantate Domino' by Oltrasi and the hymns: ‘Jesu Rex Admirabilis' (Palestrina), ‘Alleluia' (Gregorian Chant), ‘Ave Verum Corpus' (Mozart), ‘O Salutaris Hostia' (Portelli) and ‘Laudate Omnes Gentes' (Taize'). Right after the mass, the choir participated in the Blessings by the Holy Sacrament. The choir interpreted the ‘Tantum Ergo' and a hymn to St. Anthony written by N. Refalo . The choir was accompanied by Jacob Portelli on the church organ.
