Antonella Sciortino and Rudolph Mifsud Saydon invited Schola Cantorum Jubilate to animate their wedding mass at Lija Parish Church . The mass was celebrated by Mgr. Alfred Xuereb and started at 12pm. The bride was welcomed in church by Marouska Attard interpreting ‘Ave Maria' by Caccini. The other pieces performed were: ‘Glorja u Tifhir' (Portelli), ‘Ave Verum Corpus' (Mozart), ‘Agnus Dei' (Oltrasi), ‘Panis Angelicus' (Franck), ‘Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring' (Bach) and other organ pieces with the last one being ‘The Wedding March' (Mendelssohn). Dr. Joseph Camilleri accompanied the choir on the church organ.
