le="text-align: justify;">Schola Cantorum Jubilate was asked by Mariosa Galea and Noel Mercieca to animate their wedding ceremony. The bride entered the Basilica of Marija Bambina at 5pm and was welcomed by Marouska Attard who interpreted the ‘Ave Maria' by Schubert. Mgr. Carmelo Refalo, Archpriest, officiated the ceremony. The other pieces performed by the Schola, under the direction of Marouska Attard were: ‘Kyrie' (Oltrasi), ‘Allelulia' (arr. Frisina), ‘Ave Verum Corpus' (Mozart), ‘Il-Mulej qam mill-imwiet' (Portelli), ‘Agnus Dei' (Oltrasi), ‘Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring' (Bach) and finally ‘Jubilate Deo' (Portelli). The choir was accompanied by Stephen Attard on the church organ, Charleen Caruana played the violin and George Camilleri the flute.
